Jeff has 25+ plus years of employee benefits experience working with employers, digital health companies, brokers/consultants, health plans, insurance carriers, InsurTech, HCM, and financial wellness companies.
Via Informed Consulting, Jeff served as the CRO (Seed Round, Series A, and Series B) at Nayya. He held various executive sales leadership positions in 12 years at Benefitfocus, a benefits administration company. In addition, Jeff developed an ecosystem distribution market for early-stage digital health and financial wellness companies. Prior to Benefitfocus, Jeff worked for health plans and insurance carriers for 12 years.
Jeff is on the Board of Directors of DMEC (Disability Management Employer Coalition), was named by Employee Benefits Advisor as “30 Benefit Thought Leaders to Know” and “30 People to watch in Benefits 2017”. Jeff has been featured in CNBC, Inc Magazine, Forbes, Employee Benefits News, US News and World Report, SHRM Magazine, and numerous other publications.
Sharon is a dynamic insurance professional with 15+ years of experience in employee benefits. She has extensive experience in the insurance brokerage space, working with employers on all aspects of plan management. Sharon has a deep understanding of the distribution channels involved (carrier, broker and employer) and how to provide value that meets the needs of various stakeholders.
Prior to joining Informed Consulting Sharon worked at VP and Director levels, led sales and employee benefit teams while also having P&L and revenue targets.
Sharon is on the Board of Directors at The Advisor Collective, an organization of the nation's leading consultants regarding Human Resources technology. She also holds an active 2-15 Life & Health license in Florida and is a certified Employee Benefit Specialist, Retirement Plan Associate, and Group Benefits Associate.
With 10+ years of experience working in HR and benefits technology, Anna Torchio is passionate about helping companies discover simplified solutions in the increasingly complex benefits industry.
Prior to joining Informed Consulting, Anna developed an extensive background in BenTech and PEO spaces, collaborating with insurance carriers, brokers and technology experts to create harmonious end-user experiences. Anna has extensive experience working with enterprise employers on their perpetual benefit strategy, vendor procurement and employee engagement.
Anna has also led sales organizations to prime them for larger objectives including CRM oversight, demand generation and sales operations.This background enables Anna to understand employers’ needs and identify meaningful, results-driven solutions for her clients and their staff.
Anna is a graduate of The University of South Carolina and holds an active Life, Accident & Health license in the state of South Carolina.
Lynne brings 25 years of experience working with all sizes of employers, payroll, PEO, HR outsourcing and benefit administration companies. Over the course of her career, Lynne led operational teams, held elite market development positions, designed partnership programs and contributed to strategic sales initiatives throughout her career. Lynne has consulted with numerous employers on their health and ecosystem strategies. Her background and learnings from the healthcare navigation field drive her passion to help accelerate the growth and impact of innovative digital health and financial wellbeing companies.
Lesley has 20 years of experience in employee benefits and technology. She has extensive experience developing and leading growth strategies with employers, brokers/consultants, and strategic alliances in digital health, HCM and data analytics. She is passionate about fostering strong relationships and a deep understanding of her clients, and in connecting innovative solutions with appropriate distribution channels to accelerate efficient and scalable growth.
Prior to joining Informed Consulting, Lesley held VP and Director roles in sales, account management, channel & partnership strategy. She is a member of The Advisor Collective, an organization of the nation's leading consultants regarding Human Resources technology. Lesley graduated from The University of Connecticut and holds her Executive Leadership certificate from Cornell University.
Meg is a results-driven business leader with 22 years of experience working at the intersection of financial services, benefits and technology. She has a talent for developing unique partnership distribution strategies that drive top-line revenue growth.
Prior to joining Informed, Meg was an executive leader in benefits technology and financial services industries with leadership roles at Benefitfocus, Truist and Bank of America - to name a few.
Her deep understanding and practical experience in both industries provides a unique perspective for new and existing companies who need to achieve their revenue potential by deploying a successful and savvy go-to-market strategy.
Thomas has 10 years of experience working with constituents across the benefits ecosystem ranging from enterprise employers to insurance carriers to early-stage benefits providers.
Prior to joining Informed Consulting, Thomas worked in a number of capacities at Benefitfocus, most recently focused on curating a portfolio of digital health solutions. In addition to leading the assessment and onboarding of new strategic partners, Thomas managed a team responsible for creating and executing go-to-market strategies across multiple distribution channels.
Thomas' experience partnering with a variety of members from across the benefits ecosystem has positioned him well to successfully identify the ideal distribution strategy as well as execute and deliver on the revenue goals of emerging digital health companies.

Lee Anna has over sixteen years of experience in all areas of human resources outsourcing.
She brings specific expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM), Benefit Administration, HR Services Delivery, and Employee Engagement technologies.
Over the course of her career, Lee Anna has managed people, managed customers, grown teams, sourced partnerships, and delivered elite product presentations.
